🚫 Can I Return a Toy After Using It?
Nope. For obvious health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any used or opened products. Even if it only looked at you funny.
📦 What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?
If your toy shows up:
Broken
Ripped
Melted (it’s happened)
Or otherwise jacked up
We’ll make it right.
Email us at support@samsdicks.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos, if applicable
We’ll replace it or refund you — no hassle, no guilt.
📬 Wrong Item? Missing Package?
It happens! If we sent you the wrong thing or your package got lost in the void:
Reach out to us within 7 days
We’ll track it down or resend it
No judgment if the wrong toy ended up being your favorite
💳 Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it’ll go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll let you know when it’s processed — and promise not to ghost you.
🧼 The Hygiene Clause
Once a toy leaves our warehouse, we can’t resell it. Ever. This is about safety, respect, and good karma.
